  3.
  4.
  5. What are 2-3 unique components of your program that demonstrate commitment or action to achieve your school’s mission statement?
  6. How does your program address the perceived weaknesses of the method; e.g., if core curriculum, how do you promote creativity? If progressive, how do you assure achievement?
  7. How is the students’ achievement of learning milestones assessed? What testing is used? How does the school compare to others and why?
  8. How does the school address special needs of children who achieve differently than the norm?
  9. What is the condition of the physical plant?
  10. What extracurricular activities are offered?
  11. What is the average class size? What in-classroom and out-of-classroom support do teachers have?
  12. What upcoming changes do you anticipate? What is the rate of staff turnover?
  13. Is there an active parent group? Whom might I call from that group?
  14. What are the school’s biggest challenges and how are they being addressed?
