FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. What is the best school?

A. The needs of each child/student and the values of the family determine which school is best. The child's learning style, special needs that a school can accommodate, and amount of structure provided by the school are a few of the many factors that may be used to determine the best school for an individual child.

Q. How do I determine those needs for my child?

A. For older children evaluate past school experiences, interview the child's teachers, and get input from the child. For younger children use your own observations, interview preschool teachers, and take advantage of Child Find services available through the local school district if your think the child may have special needs. For any age child, consider testing services by an educational consultant if you are still unsure of the needs.
